Phantom minnow made in Redditch, England by H.Milward & Sons, Ltd. No B Size 4. Bait is new on card in two-piece box. One end of lure is still stiched to card, the other has come loose. Box bottom has one broken corner. Box top has two broken corners and is missing an end flap. This is a pretty little bait.
